Developing core strength and stability will help with a variety of things – coordination, balance and the ability to maximize your body’s potential to produce power.

When you focus on a strong core, you increase your ability to rotate since you are now rotating from a solid base.

Additionally – and possibly the most important – a stable core will reduce the risk of lower back injuries.
