The Beer City rule where the team that loses the challenge (be it the team that calls the challenge or the team that made the line call) loses the time out is great. Will make it much less abusable for a team that calls lines tight. There was a singles game where Staksrud made Garnett challenge 3 bad line calls and the only damage it did to Staksrud was popularity wize. You should not just be able to call things out indiscriminately and force your opponents to be pressured into wasting a TO without their being any potential loss on your side. Very good rule
