For the most part Harrison is a bloody liability and Adams seems to like a sick note as much as Firpo. After the lacklustre bullshit of last season apart from Sini and a couple of others Iv no emotional attachment to any of them.
Agree about throwing Meslier on to the scrap heap could be a big mistake. Coach him properly & he could make significant improvements. He’s worth way more than Darlow… let them compete for the shirt…

more importantly, you worry yourself over Marathe quotes when all you have to do is look at his 20-year record with the 49ers. it's not perfect: they treated Kapernich horribly, the team's not even in San Francisco – but otherwise, they've stayed true to 49ers' legacy & tradition, and they've built a team that is now consistently a Super Bowl contender. they get great and they get under-rateds who become great. so rather than turn yourself inside-out that this is the bad old days, realize the ownership has a proven record of winning – but it may take time to set up everything in a new sport and a new country.

Does one seriously need to explain to Moscow that Illan Meslier is not Kasper Schmeichel, and Andy Lonergan/Paul Fucking Rachubka is not Championship winning Karl Darlow? It's not a sexy signing, but at £400k, with his experience, we could do alot lot worse. Also the defending of Meslier is criminal at this point and brings into question just what Chapman has been watching for the past 2 years. "A goalkeeper that good" – he has been appalling.
I understand the cynicism, being from Yorkshire and a Leeds fan, it is bred into us from day one of watching this club try and produce a decent football team. But that take was daft and the whole Chapman-dry-depressing-never-seams-to-be-happy-about-anything shtick is beginning to make this show quite a hard watch.
I've been following Leeds United since 2012 and have roots to Leeds, but when I hear people chat about us as fans it really starts to break the connection. Just support the new owners and hope we do better than the terrible one's we've had in the past!
