Mexico : El Tajín – pre-hispanic ruins and UNESCO world heritage – in 90 seconds

A short clip with impressions from this pre-Columbian ruined city near the east coast of Mexico near the city of Papantla, southeast of Poza Rica de Hidalgo in the state of Veracruz. This was probably the temporary capital of the Tachiwin, has several large, pyramid-shaped step temples and was abandoned 800 years ago. Since 1992 it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. / A longer clip will follow.
