I actually can't remember so well the endings of SB, but I can say that there's a high probability that he's not Freddy. For what it seems, the "real" animatronics use to have presense in the AR. Besides, whether he's a prototype or not, Freddy have those behaviours by default, as a Freddy prototype should (I mean, "keeping a child safe"). So if this isn't a continuation of that ending where Freddy is disassembled (where there's a huge chance that he's the Freddy we know), then he is not the Freddy from SB. Though I can't asure it that much since, how I said, I don't actually remember so well all those details from the first game, but all this is what I thought when I saw that part.
