    I just did one of FB's 1000 calorie workouts so this workout was perfect for sore muscles. The next time I do this workout, I'll be adding weights. 😀

  21. I agree with Amanda(?) that it is way easier to make a workout harder. I did this to almost all exercises and feel so accomplished now (because I was able to do a "harder" version). I'm training with your videos since 2014 now and I'm always coming back. Mostly I enjoy the bored easily workouts, workouts like this one and when there is already a warm up and cool down included. I'd also rather do 20 min of a total workout everyday than over one hour two times a week. Thanks for still being here, especially after all the heartship. ❤
