    I play them on my phone and put my phone under my pillow and wake up with a pump, nice thick veins too

  3. I’m in advanced pharmacology for NP school right now and the amount of medications is insane!!! I can’t even memorize them all. Utilizing references a ton and mainly learning about the class with maybe remembering a few per class but the vast amount if crazy. Sad they’re is a demand for this many pharmaceuticals.

  4. I think a good analogy that Adam is looking for is baking. There is a way to do it fast and without a recipe and you'll end up with a baked good. But if you take your time, and have everything planned ahead you'll make the perfect cake….how can you tell I'm cutting right now. Lol

    I agree fix the gut issues for the carnivore lady, but also Lion/cat/wolf will never have an optimal health on a vegetarian diet and a koala will never have optimal health eating anything but eucalyptus. Individual variation in humans exist, but we are mostly carnivores and can survive eating a few plants. Also Goggins’ book talks about taking care of rest and stretching because he almost died from too much running and such.

    Justin, Don't spray for mosquitoes … its a waste of time & money. I work in the Lawn Care Field spraying liquid pesticides and fertilizers on residential lawns … our company does NOT spray mosquitoes because of how ineffective the sprays actually are

    I completely agree about getting checked for any gut problems but what about just the fact that most of these carbs just turn to sugar when you eat them. Like rice, bread And oatmeal. I do the carnivore diet mainly because I can tell the difference in my mood and energy after eating carbs. I’m not understanding what the push for eating more carbs is?

    My wife and I were just talking about starting to teach our daughter sign language. My uncle mentioned that they taught some to my cousin as a baby and one of the most useful words for them was "more." "Water's" definitely a big one, too, though!

  16. OMG Adam – I just used glass cleaner to get rid of ants. I couldn't find any bug spray so used what I thought would work LOL.
    I am also one that likes higher weight, lower reps – the higher reps tend to make me feel more out of breath/ cardio feel which I don't like that feeling & then have lower rest ranges which I don't feel like I have enough time to recover.

    Hey guys, I appreciate the focus on efficiency and patience with the process. I am in the second week of MAPS15 and already seeing improvements in strength. Also very easy to stay consistent with the short workouts. I work full-time, college part-time, and a parent. Very easy to get distracted and off track with workouts, but your plan seems to be hitting the right balance. Thanks for what you are doing!

    So I’m highly motivated to work out right now and want to keep it going. 4 months in and i struggle to decipher how much is too much – there are a couple days I know I did over do it because i was just too tired to do anything.

Question for you all, I’m currently on a lean bulk went to MP macro calculator and it states I need 147g of protein and I’m good there my issue is it wants me to consume 324g of carbs and only 52g of fat I’m having the hardest time consuming that many carbs while only getting that amount of fat has anyone else ran into this or can offer up some foods that really high in carbs but low in fats. Thanks in advance!
