One comparison I see is Tony Romo. Highly accurate and can thread the needle in tight coverage. He prefers to step up in the pocket to buy time for his receivers to get open and isn’t scared to take the hit after completing the pass but will escape the pocket and direct traffic to make a play when necessary. He can get first downs with his feet but he is always looking to throw when on the move.
