  1. 3:50 my grandparents had a Galant in that colour, I believe it was 4 or so years older than this one though. I would really love to own one at some point in the future. Lovely looking car😁

My Grandfatherd second Rover SD3 was the same beige as that one (and possiblynthe sane year).
I onlynsaw that R16 briefky but it looked fabulous. I missed that R25 and onlynsaw it leaving, imfact sane with the R20 and R14.
Getting cought up in the long queue to get in cost me too much time.
The brinse Peugeot 505 looked fabulous.
That green Brava belongs to Matty of Mattys cars
That R11 TXE Electronique is superb. They did indeed have an electronic instrument cluster and i think they also has an uograded Hi-Fi system with an early version of Rensults radio renote well over a decade before anyone ekse did it.
I susoect the two Safranines may both belong to Petrol Blog, someome i would have liked to have met but despite being oarked two rows appart we didnt cross paths in the day.
Ive never seen am R14 either. I didnt know about the wheelbase dimensions but i know that the R16 does have a linger wheel base in one side for thevsane reason.

The Red Nissan Primera from North Wales was bought from Slaters of Abergele. They were Nissan dealers in the town from the late 70s until 2018. I actually live in the town.

That’s my old Cortina 2.0s and I bought it from the first owner with 14k miles. Unfortunately it’s not the original paint as I had the two sides done 👍

  7. Chris James says:

Great video Simon. It was a pleasure talking to you, and thanks for featuring my P10 Nissan Primera.

  8. Bryan Monks says:

Another great video Simon, loved that Renault 14 especially!

Loads of lovely plush velour, I prefer it to leather interiors.

  10. Matty's Cars says:

Thanks for featuring my Brava the show was fantastic

  11. Top job Simon. Loved the interviews with the owners. Great knowledge on you part too. There were so many stunners but that Alfa 6….OMG!

  12. Kevin Bray says:

Good video Simon. I like the way you expand the shot when you film as a sort of "teaser" that must take some skill. You unearthed few "unicorns" there and great interactions with the owners.

The irony of having " unexceptional" in the name of the event is that some of the cars are truly exceptional like the Alfa 6.

Thanks for spotting my E30 would have left the windows down for the full pillarless effect but it was starting to rain when I arrived.

Well done on putting this together so professionally and less than 24 hours after the event.

Great video thank you, Italy also had a 2.0 ltr Ford Granada Ghia mk2 very rare.
