How come it is absolutely impossible to get any help out of your company? We own one of these simulators and over 3 months we have left 1 dozen messages with no return call. What a damn joke

Have had ours about 15 months. Of those 15 months it has been down and inoperable for the last 4 months with little effort from full swing to fix it. Pretty cool simulator but why bother if when it breaks they do not fix it. We now have a 40k movie screen in our business generating zero revenue.
