Mobility/stretching is the most underutilized aspect of game improvement there is, and as demonstrated here it takes no time at all. This year I’ve really concentrated on my shoulder mobility and I’ve picked up an easy few mph of club head speed from it.
I’m usually still at home 8 minutes before my tee time 😂
