I might have to buy myself a Halo Tern, that disc looks sick, I've been getting the most benefit from thinking about a flat reach back and release lately so I agree with the advice, the idea that the arm and upper body is less generative of distance than the lower body is a good one, and something that I need to think about more. good luck making video content
Watching a video of myself throw, I saw that I too let my elbow drop which causes a swoop in the pull and nose up release.
I bet we would play really good together because we work on the exact same flaws in our swings it's crazy I was only throwing understable disc backhand until I started getting my elbow up and gripping with 4 fingers instead of 2. I didn't get more distance but definitely more accuracy and versitile
