This is the swing I am trying to do. I practice this but once I take the alignment stick out of my hand I fall back into my old swing….which is all over the place. I think I will set up my camera and try and see what is happening, I just know that club face is hardly ever square when it gets to the ball.

Going to buy an alignment stick just for this. My issue is my low point of the swing is after the ball (which is good), but I’m still contacting ground before ball. Any tips for this? Almost like I’m bending knees too much or standing too close.
