Within 15 minutes of the bustling city centre, the Royal Marrakech Golf Club is one of the Morocco’s most celebrated golfing venues. The course is known to be a personal favourite of His Majesty King Hassan II, and has wonderful views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains.

In 2018 parts of the course were updated with new buggy paths, draining and course layout. A brand new Clubhouse was also built. The Clubhouse has a feel of stepping in something you would easily find the the USA. Its low sloping roof allows players to soak up the atmosphere on the wonderful veranda after playing 18 holes on Royal Golf’s Old course.
Opened in 1923, Royal Marrakech was subsequently reworked by Open Champion Arnaud Massy in 1933, and is a real gem. The course design has a distinct British accent, yet its surroundings are far removed from home shores; banks of cypress, eucalyptus, palm, olive, orange and apricot trees ensure that your round will be enjoyed in the most spectacular environment.
