Awesome show, I agree with supporter rhetoric, I don't leave early but have sooked up plenty, we are adding to the pressure.

The weight of expectation is on their minds

    Look at weitering

This is a head game, need that mindfulness work that Richmond did in 2016

Oh shut up Paolo. What garbage. It’s on us? 😂

In regards to the Cerra comment and he should be smarter. This is what I’m talking about adding layers of improvement to our club which should come from the board with backing. WHY is there not some prep for Cerra in what to expect in the interview and what and what not to say.? Why do we hang our people out to dry? They did it with Teague once they sold him down the road ,just hung him out to dry with the media.

  6. No joke, where can I get the jumper punch theme song edit of blue?

    Re: Owies
When he pays everyone questions his output. Only when he's out do we realise how important he is to the team. Not about goals or possessions for a pressure small forward.

  9. 36:00 Paolo, it was done by bringing in Emma Murray. She's been key in their premiership success. If you've not heard her speak, listen to the fist time whe was on Dyl & Friends about 3 years ago. After listening you'll be left wondering… why isn't Carlton chasing her with everything they've got.

  10. so brian cook shouts you boys a couple of tomahawks and a bottle of cab sauv to cease the unwavering pursuit of excellence. next week you fellas gonna all wake up to a brand new hyundai in the driveway hahahahaha

Very impressive breakdown of the game plan from Pommy. Not long until the clubs come calling 🙂

19:50 the doubt is fear. Fear of disappointing someone. I have no doubt now that these players are crippled under Voss.
Good coaches support and lift up their players. Dragging Young was crushing for him. Thats old school for a reason it doesn't work.

Pep Ljinders the liverpool assistant coach wrote a book explaining the 2021/2022 season. He and Jurgen Klopp came up with a change in tactic very small but super effective. There mantra became "first pass forward" they wanted the team to make that first pass quick and forward because it plays through the first zone and sets the tone and mindset. Carlton should bring in a similar mantra. Get the boys on the front foot, take the first option you see forward of the ball in space, overlap into space. Simple instructions

    – Win the ball
    – take the first forward pass
    – run and overlap with each other

Keep it simple for this group, they are completely confused and are second guessing every option to take which is leading to poor execution.

Jesus wept a million times after listening to all the bullshit coming from some of you guys. Why not just face reality and call a spade a spade. We are failing as a club and all you guys want is for us to show some empathy! For goodness sake respect has to be earned. I have seen nothing from the players (bar a few) nor coaching staff that warrant any kind of respect. I wish supporters would boycott the next game just to show the hierarchy that we care more about the jumper than they do. And for the CLUB to say it’s not the end of the world if we don’t make finals is a statement too far. How dare insult the integrity of the fan base by insulting our loyalty. If you want perspective then let it be perspective don't let it be skewed. It serves no purpose other than fill in space with a pointless hollow sound. The solution at Carlton is simple. Play some consistent AFL standard football. I don't care if we lose if that standard can be reached.

Beautiful show guys. I feel the playing group need a breakthrough. A light bulb moment. Really hope it comes this week against the doggies. They are the perfect oppo to test the club.

  16. We'll beat the dogs and get back on track. 💙

  17. Think we as fans overated our list massively. Post trade period what did we add? Acres who is a winger that can’t kick literally the worst type of wingman you can have in todays game. It’s not a positive that we have Hollands outshining him most weeks. Then our small forwards jeez have you seen a worse group? Literally our forward line should be heaven as a small forward yet our smalls have an amazing ability to be never near the fall of the ball. Imagine where Charlie Cameron would be..at the feet of McKay and Curnow.

Still feel we are two good off seasons away, we might make the 8 on a good year but that’s the level it’s not a top 4 standard side and it wasn’t before the season. I had us coming 7th before the season so we are on target for that next 5 games we have to win 1 of them.

As I posted on one of Pom's vids, with 4 minutes 20 seconds to go in the 2nd, in OUR forward fifty, Harry isn't on the ground and Charlie contests three ruck contests in a row in under a minute. Reigning Coleman medallist. Leading the current Coleman. And the other key forward is in the rooms getting patched up and Charlie is rucking! Is that super-poor game awareness and coaching or am I just a dunce?

I feel like weve already done this though we have gotten around the players when teague started to lose. to be honest faliure does exist… i think its a good thing you learn from failure you understand that its not a good thing and you dont want that feeling, then you build on it and breed standars effort and success… I just dont think this group has enough of those players that will put everything on the line and fight for each other till the bitter end. Also i feel like not many players play with as much pride as last year.

If you’re going to lose, at least lose trying.

What's this Voss and his so called game plan,I don't see any game plan in order,if he has well it looks like he hasn't got the right players to execute it,they got beaten by a better team who were tougher better skilled and used the ball better and out -coached ,we couldn't even do the basics of the game let alone follow a game plan.l think football is basically a simple game, you have to play tough rugged football, try and beat your opponent,be smarter than him then find your team-mate who then has to pass it on to his team-mate until you can manufacture a goal and keep doing this until you score more goals than the other team.Voss can talk to them before the game and the 1st,2nd and 3rd qtrs, make changes if needed and tell them what their doing right or wrong, why overcomplicate things with a game plan, they should be smart enough to work out their own game plan, even David Parkin in the 80's l think told the leadership group to go out and just play your own game

  24. Thanks Dan. Lovely words.

  25. I’ve had it, I can’t watch them anymore. I have cancelled my flights to the round 10 game. I also have 2 tickets to the game that I don’t need.😢
