It looks pretty good. If you had a launch monitor and presented the data it would help a data nerd like myself ‘see’ just how much speed is gained. Is it 1 or 2 MPH, or even more? That said, I’ll be sure and spend some time with this and see for myself just how much it’s helping me.
Very happy this drill was demonstrated with driver. I originally saw this tip when Eric pushed it out and have it bookmarked. What this exercise does for me is provide a sensation that my swing feels compact and tight. It also helps me ensure I use my body and hips more, which is what we all strive for, I believe. Great video!

That practice drill has definitely helped me with my irons and looks like it could be beneficial for the driver too.
