  2. Adam Cooke says:

That tee on Praia del Rey looks like a recurring dream scenario, where you can't find a place to tee it up! Being someone who likes to tee it up tight left that really would suit my eye at all

  3. My bucket list as an American planning a Scottish golf trip: Pinehurst #2, Cruden Bay, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, SA Old Course, Whistling Straits, Royal Aberdeen, Royal Dornoch, Brora, Crail Balcomie. Torrey Pines would be just outside my top 10.

Best courses I've actually played: Pinnacle in Arkansas, which is an LPGA Tour stop; Chenal Founders in Arkansas (Robert Trent Jones Jr. course); Eagle Pines at Disney World (Pete Dye/Tom Fazio design, no longer there) and The Quarry in Texas.

My list of never ever ever play: Anything with the Trump name.

  4. DEAN BUTLER says:

Some lovely looking courses however, I personally prefer a parkland course to links. I also prefer a course I can afford to play too 😉 lol

Live 45 mins from royal county down and have heard a lot of stories about the every working class people not being made to feel welcome there heard members are all like surgeons , barristers, big businessmen, or just rich pity really as it looks well wort a visit maybe one day they'll be more open to all golfers

  6. Amazing to see Portugal here! I love Lisbon with all my heart.

  7. Need to play gleneagles

  8. Royal Melbourne, Cape Wickham.

  9. Bob Walker says:

This Peter is 1 of the many my favorite video that you and your crew has assembled. This was so not only entertaining but also informative. Just a thought you could rent this video to a tourist agency.

  10. Mark Nellist says:

Great video as usual, how about a video of your top ten UK courses to play under £75?…..or did I already miss it? As much as I love all those dream courses not very accessible for those who love golf but are restricted by budget.

  11. Jesus Revus says:

Me and my mate got a day ticket at royal Aberdeen. The weather was that bad we were the only on the course all day! Go 20 minutes further north and try Cruden Bay. Amazing course!!

  12. Robot375 says:

8:38 Reminded me of a tourney I played a few weeks back where I was first to hit, the announcer introduces me to a crowd of only the group I was playing with, and I still got such bad nerves that I fatted my drive maybe 50 yards, pulled my hat down and walked off the tee box. I cannot imagine how much pressure having thousands of people watching has and you still managed to hit a right fine shot.

  13. Barry Porter says:

    1. Tralee

    4. Wentworth
    5. Royal North Devon
    6. Bally union
    7. Killarney (Killeen Course)
    8. Saunton Sands
    9. Fern down

  14. How does carnoustie not make the list

  15. Mike House says:

I live about 20 mins away from Kington and you’re right, the view from the hills is amazing in the winter. Not sure the golf would be fun though!

  16. Ioan Davies says:

Have you played at Lofoten Links in Norway? that course looks awesome I watched an episode of 'adventures of golf' with Eric the views and the course looks stunning. worth a visit

  17. Pinnacle Point makes Torrey Pines and Pebble Beach look mediocre

  18. ROYAL ST GEORGES!!!

  22. Great list..even though I have only played 3 of the courses..Obviously, there are so many great courses in UK..On the mainland, I would count in Troia Golf in Portugal, Valderrama in Spain, Le Grande Motte in France, Falkenstein in Hamburg, Germany and Silkeborg Golf club in Denmark:-)

  23. Come back to Aberdeen Pete . I dream of playing Royal Aberdeen. Here is a list of courses up this way to try. Fraserburgh,Murcar (next door to R/Aberdeen) edzell,Montrose, Meldrum house, crudan bay. So many more smaller local tracks to play. Aberdeen / shite is spoilt for golf courses.

I live in the Vale of Glamorgan and I can tell you now, I am blessed. In the midst of a local lock down and I couldn't care less. A week off work and I've managed to play a different course every day with some to spare
