Great overview and swing angles. For me personally, greater arm and wrist structure stability through impact with more emphasis on body turn has proved a real winner. And as my mind and body adapts to more aggressive rotation my speed improves. My left wrist now moderately bows in transition really as a natural part of shallowing (not forced). The bow also seems to put my left arm into a stronger overall bend position through the downswing. Thanks for posting this!
Are you a bigger Hovland or Morikawa fan?
Spine hurt. Need doctor
Is crossing over the line beneficial for longer backswings because it seems longer hitters on tour like Daly, Phil, Bo benefits from it vs a amateur? Would that be a correct assessment?
You mentioned a few times that Viktor has a strong grip – he does not, it is on the weaker side of things (see time index 14:40 – Right Hand V is pointing to his left eye and that is about a 1 to 1 1/2 knuckle grip with his Left) – thus the bowing of his left wrist, like Jon Rahm, is to square the face early for his soft fade with a strong face and little to no release – like Morikawa (i.e. the modern swing). Viktor, like Trivino, is known for his 6" head drop and bent right arm incredible repeatable contact.
