I got in on the Imperium magazine subscription when it was still available so I have a slow crawl of new Necrons being added to my armies every month (so on theme). I'm pretty excited to see reveals like this that look like they did a good job keeping the "feel" of the faction still present? while cutting down some of the aforementioned clutter. I hope each faction is similarly happy when they get their rules previews.
The new Reanimation Protocols are automatic and make it useful for multi-wound models again (which are both awesome). The bad is having to have units survive until your next Command Phase instead of just surviving the current attack, and Warriors are now a lot less durable unless they get a special rule, or Crypteks can boost their Reanimation Protocols. No more 5-10 Warriors reanimating in a turn to keep holding an objective.
