Well it's actually nice to know the $20 ball gives you a little added distance at least. It doesn't really justify being 4 times as much, and I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not, but still.

I often find prov1s, usually nowhere near the fairway so they don't guarantee a straight hit.

Yeah but, all good golfers know that golf balls have other attributes other than distance, that in my opinion are more important. Like feel and spin.
