This 10-minute golf yoga flow is designed to help golfers strengthen the whole body, especially in the muscles that are essential to play golf well, including the core, glutes, quads, shoulders, upper and lower back, legs, and arms. Poses such as tree pose, warrior one, triangle, downward dog, and bridge can also help improve your balance. Increased strength and balance can help you improve your golf game.
You don’t need any special equipment. A mat is recommended. Listen to your body and modify accordingly.
