hi, i have been using barefoot shoes for two years. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day in the shop where I work, could that be a problem? since it's hard ground, thank you.
looking for vegan barefoot ballet shoes ;D
Thanks for this video. This was the one.
Used to wear barefoot or jandles allot now I work in a factory so it's constant shoes
I always had problems with finding good shoes because the toe next my big toe is my longest toe (on both feet). Everybody in my family has it. Normal shoes are not shaped well to walk in for my feet, I like the shape of crocs mostly but they are not really socially accepted shoes haha.
I recommend checking out xero for barefoot shoes! I’ve got one pail which are kinda like a trail runner, and they have been very durable, definitely enjoying wearing barefoot shoes in general
Looks like a scam to me, 200 for no sole 😂 buy adidas folks you'll love it
groundies are perfectly socially accepted 😉
Not all feet can adapt to barefoot shoes, and I think that is proven scientifically. I tried the concept for years, I was wearing mainly products from Xero shoes. and my feet developed soar sole and painful calluses I spent long time treating them. what you need in my opinion is a shoe that doesn't squeeze your toes.
Great video. Love Suavs if you don't own a pair of those.
You guys arelucky you have small feet i have size eu 49.5 no barefoot shoes for me most sizes as vivo go to 49.5 but are too small for me

I've had the five finger toe shoes their good if you have a flat foot but I have a high arch not so good plus my right little toe grew wrong and that joint hurts I did feel my feet get stronger just running is weird foot doctors say zero drop shoes are both good and bad I guess it just comes down to what feels comfortable to you
Crazy how some people can afford the luxury of wearing whatever footwear they want 😂😂
My problem with barefoot shoes is that i find them all ugly 😢 Not to mention the insane price xD
As someone who was already transitioned into barefoot shoes and started running . It made it hard to find the right shoe for my now wider toe box . Maybe this will help you guys out . If you want a good shoe to get solid miles in on concrete . The Topo cyclone 2 has been great . They make natural foot shaped shoes.
They aren't barefoot nor low cushioned . But as someone who does weightlifting and running . If I always run in my barefoot shoe it over trains my calves . So it's nice to be able to still put in the aerobic work and get some long zone 2 runs .
I love fitness and I have a foot fetish.
This video ticks all the boxes 🤣
Seriously, I’m seriously considering getting my first barefoot shoes. Close to a decade of wearing Ultraboosts, now I have the Invincibles and Hokas, I feel something is not right with my feet.
Can someone please explain why barefoot shoe people are so invested in making their own feet look like muddy duck feet.
2:10 Let’s just be honest, no one wears a shoe that fits so tightly like the one on the right. That’s way past time for a bigger shoe.
Don’t listen to these videos. I fell for all this and ended up triggering an inflammatory auto immune disease. We didn’t walk on concrete in the past. We need well cushioned shoes
I mean Chucks are almost barefoot shoes…
One could also juat not wear shoes or "slippers" at home, barefoot or socks only, at work, just wear wide shoes..and get them off as often as possible..apart from work, one can easily cut wearing shoes down to less than 1 hour a day..in summer, wear flip flops…problem solved..
The price has put me off unfortunately
To much money for shoe made in overseas sweatshop.
I started to walk more barefoot many years ago. I long used to have relatively flat arches. And not a good posture. When I started doing more sports intesively and more movement, also barefoot, problems with my back went away. Everything painful in my body went away. My arches have raised to double the "size" they used to have. And I feel much stronger and better. In my opinion: Just do "the real deal". Walk or run barefoot or in good shoes but be barefoot as often as possible and also always be aware of your posture.
