Wow, what a beast. What an unbelievable tournament. I have never been happier to see someone win who i wasn't initially rooting for, but after rd 2, i couldn't help but root for this kid. If Cole can play like that consistently, the roster has a real problem.
Officially need a “Theodore” on the dgpt. When Jerm miss speaks on hole 11 “ah Calvin, I mean Simon” is just too close to the chipmunks. Oh no Theodore!!!
One of the worst things in discgolf is players blaming trees. Yeah i get it some trees are too hard to miss with a good shot for the field. its a scramble course and the same for everyone, deal with it. my thing is that its only 2 rounds here making luck have less chance to average out to make the best scrambler win.
I also think Jerm has to stop worrying what number it says on the tee sign. i wish they removed par and just had total score, who cares when all you gonna do is talk about how it should be higher par instead of how to attack it for the lowest score possible because thats what its all about, im fine with calling a really hard birdie an eagle but it gets to a point where its not about a design fault and just about feeling bad because you cant birdie
Forget about GBuhr, forget about Calvin. If Cole can keep this up he is the best player in the world.

the incessant complaining about the course on commentary is frustrating. DGPT needs more challenging, low-scoring courses like this imo. "That was such a good drive, someone cut down that tree." Maybe if it was a good drive… it wouldn't have hit the tree? Idk.

Hole 12, honestly, has absolutely no business being in a tournament course. That hell is unacceptable and requires either some desperate revision or outright deletion next year. Nothing about watching that hole was fun.

I too question the RNG of trees in the middle of the fairway. Im fine with them creating groves to go around, but please create an ideal path from tee to hole.
