Another great video Alex, warming up is so important.

  3. Hi Alex! Totally agree with you that warming up before a round is so important cos i would get to the course about an hour before my tee time to work on different parts of the game when i competed in a tournament. I may not play well on a round but i always felt more confidence on the first tee box. Great advice and thanks for sharing!

  4. 100% I forget to have a pre shot routine on chip shots

  5. Nate Blue says:

Great advice Alex. However, the course that I play at in Texas, USA there is absolutely zero practice area. I do my stretches, I have to at the age of 51, LOL. Bu I am not really shot warmed up until hole 3. The course is wonderful. Just no practice area.

  6. Tony Moss says:

Warming up, very important and beneficial especially as you get older! Not only helps the game but helps avoid injury. Great tips Alex πŸ‘πŸ»

  7. I love this. I will use this when I play.

  8. Love the video mate , great advice πŸŒοΈβ€β™€οΈβ›³οΈπŸ‘β›³οΈβ›³οΈβ›³οΈ

  9. Great advice and I normally follow then when I play. The only difference is that in my warmup, I hit balls first, then chip, and then putt. Would it be better to do them in reverse order like you show??

  10. Thanks for another lesson Alex

Great helpful advice AlexπŸ‘πŸ‘. A lot of it is common sense too, I think we all lax in that area of our game. It's time to up the anti. Less shouts of Fore too πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

  14. rollo316 says:

Great advice I'll try this out next time I'm on the course.
I dont understand why but when I do my
practice swings it feels great, I can feel my irons brush the top of the ground. Then i step up to hit the ball I basically get my shovel out 🀣. Feel like I've got a mental block once I put my club behind the ball.

  15. Kishen Whabi says:

Awesome advice! Not bragging 😝 but proud that I do most of this! The warm up before you play!! So useful and so not done by most!!!

  16. Paul Novak says:

BURR you looked cold. Stretching I sure helped.

  20. georgia may says:

My mates frequently tell me the wrong starting time by 10 minutes.. so that when I get to the course , I have little to no time to warm up .. which promotes a few bad holes .. I still beat them .. but not by as many strokes as when I fool them and show up an hour early. πŸ™‚ The practice piece that I am working on AND still can NOT do .. is to hit 20 good shots in a row for shots that are over 120 yards. I can do it with my eyes shut for under 120 yards but not over. Great video AE .. thanks.
