The BEST Tournament That YOU Didn't Watch (European Open)

The European Open was definitely an exciting major that showcased so many disc golf pros at their peak especially Kristin Tattar. Without a doubt, she demonstrated how much better she is than the field including Catrina Allen and Missy Gannon and everyone else.

  1. Update: Henna dropped way out of the podium and Heidi Lane scooped up second. Still a great effort for Henna

The reason people are not watching is they are waiting for the Jomez coverage with the 2HG and not paying $99 to watch it on DGN, as the coverage and particularly the commentary is better on Jomez.

  3. what? I watched it what is this title?

  4. The funny thing is that people from Europe have basically the same problem but the other way around. I can basically never watch a match if not post produced

  5. Didn't watch…? Can't watch yet, more like it

You know it used to be on YouTube when it wasn’t that big Jomez was the founders of it imo. I wish it wasn’t huge just to be able to watch it. But now they network it and the want money for jittery feeds. Jomez did the best coverage always.

I stayed up to watch it but im hardcore and sleep is for the weak

  8. I really love watching how smooth Kristin is. How she just plays from one shot to the next. Mental game is definitely strong. Although seeing more competition out there would be nice it is also cool to watch her playing at the top of her game. I’m excited for the rest of the season and the years to come. GO KRISTIN!

The tournament for the FPO was essentially all wrapped up by the end of the second round. Tattar was just too dominate and it was a race to see who would finish second. Once the third round was completed and she had a 13 stroke advantage, her dominance was clear as day. Kind of reminds me of both Paul McBeth and Paige Pierce back about 4-5 years ago when they stood head and shoulders above the field. Though for this year Kristin Tattar is putting on a show that surpasses anything both Paul and Paige ever strung together in terms of the wins and getting out up front and never being challenged. The prohibitive favorite to win at World's for the massive bucks.

I have watched every second, though later in the day blind. Its been the usual for FPO, the product outside KT is bad, really bad. I think Hailey King or even Sai would have possibly been close to under par but no one comes close to her course mgmt. On the MPO(havnt watched the final yet), cool to see so many different players but its Calvins yr.
Also the FPO comms is horrible but hard to judge when you are watching the FPO. On the MPO comms, Philo is the GOAT he should do both tours.

DGPT coverage is a jumbled mess. No JoMez, no more me

  12. Valerie Mandujano and Kat,Catrina Holyn Ella's a fee others will keep Kristin working for wins. She is just on fire.I going stradle put soon.

  13. Kinda makes it no fun to watch.

  14. Re: Eveliina's putting its clear to me from this video that she no longer uses her weightshift as a trigger as she would when driving but instead has a long smooth puttingstroke pretty much directly from her left hip towards her point of aim. I'm not a huge fan of swinging the back leg sideways though as it can introduce involuntary hiprotation sometimes even though she managed to avoid it here and it might be useful on the longer putts compared to extending the back leg backwards mirroring the arm extension the way I prefer. I'm not sure who her inspiration is for this particular change but I do believe I heard something about Paul giving her some tips after the Waco round (though I'm sure many others also want to see her succeed).

She's going to be the Ken Climo of the FPO.
