About Gold Shaw Farm: Gold Shaw Farm is more of a farm-in-progress than an honest-to-goodness farm. We dream that someday we can transform our 150+ acre parcel of land into a regenerative and productive homestead and farm.

Weather has been great in Florida too since August started.

  3. Maybe a random comment, but if you need any voice actor work, I could do it for free ( I would like to gain some more experience).
I did some projects already but I would like to do some more. 😊

Stairs. I had a boyfriend with a Siberan Husky. We brought the dog to his parents house one day. He had to carry the 50lb dog up and down the stairs. If a dog is not used to stairs they will be afraid of them.

Morgan, I hope you paid Alfred for his equipment n time. Only a inexperienced man would go mow after a storm, things have to be rationalized sometimes to what can be done. Long grass and no slope is not going to dry places out, by the time you think from past logic I think that day is far off. Many years of farming and you think Highlanders can’t communicate with no horns, ohh brother?

  13. Gerri Milner says:

  15. Morgan, where is the video about the barn build. It looks so beautiful I'd love to see how Alfred put it together.

I live in the country and a shepherd told me that as soon as a sheep wakes up in the morning it's first thought is how many ways can I off myself today. Best wishes from Scotland.

As a knitter, Icelandic is ROUGH on the hands and on the scratchier side. Merino is top fiber.

Just FYI on the fiber side…..

  25. Morgan, when my dad was older (supposedly wiser?) than you are now, he decided to use his small bulldozer to create a pond along a brook on his property, getting stuck very quickly into the process. We hired a big (REALLY big, as it turned out) backhoe, which reached in, grabbed behind the dozer blade, and slowly pulled it out of the sucking muck. Dirty, dirty bulldozer….πŸ˜‚

  35. Alfred must chuckle under his breath about the things the city skicker farmer wants to do, a little off the wall but not completely so, and thd prediczments he gets into. The power lines and tractor come to mind off the top of my mind.
