Quick Explanation on how to install those files:
Download the file of the car, and put it into the configuration folder of the specific car.
You can access that from within the game, by spawning the car, pressing shift+w, going to configurations and then pressing the folder icon, simple as that!

the short answer to your vids question is "it depends". if the 50 year old car is bone stock, then no, no it cannot unless the driver of the modern car is a complete moron. If the 50 year old car gets equipped with modern engine, drive train, suspension and steering, then absolutely it can. And the driver of the modern car doesnt have to be a complete moron for that scenario.
