The golf like swing with a weighted stick. Wonโ€™t that slow your swing down itโ€™s almost the opposite to swing speed training. Sprinters sprint downhill to train there legs to move faster. Doesnโ€™t this teach you to swing slower

What excellent stuff. Rotational elements are sadly overlooked in many S&C regiments. Stability, mobility and sequencing in the same session, and with a sensible warmup scheme. Even the so called "cooldown" (hard pressed to call it a cooldown haha) involved the same rotational aspects and anatomy slings. Every exercise made perfect sense.

I do fighting sports, but this is transferable to that as well. I'll definitely be including aspects in both my own and others S&C. There are always ways of regressing some of the exercises if the individual does not quite have the stability for them.

Much appreciated you put this out for free! Lucky clients who gets to get coached by you.

  24. Hi Jason, Great content here. Have you got any idea where I can purchase the FMT's that you use in Australia? Import costs from the States (TPI) are huge…If not, I'm sure I could build something similar.
