EDIT: I will say I actually never, never hit tanks. I am 5 foot 6 and 135 pounds. I pretty much always since i was 7 batted lead off because i am fast and put it in play. If you have me 100 pitches at 60mph i might hit literally 1 hr
I swear im not arm chair coaching… But how does one get tired in a derby, especially when the toss is so slow??? Im 28 and i still regularly play in fast pitch leagues, and i play college ball until i go severely hurt (mcl and pcl went bye bye). Even now while i dont work out or anything, i regularly go do batting practice with my buddies and we specifically have 75 balls that we each hit and shag during practice. How is he gassed that fast???? I dont get it. Im not bragging, because what i do must be pedestrian to people who actually hit well…?
