Just looks like arkane studios spin on L4D but with vampires. Looks alright pretty generic, doesn't seem £60 worth. Normally with a price tag that high you expect more.
Visually the game isn't what I thought it would be. Its way to cartoony. It really does look like a Fortnight vampire themed season.

Played for 10 hours with a 3 man squad – it's a blast 7/10 not £70 poss £45-£50
Great guns they have levels and rariety plus perks that synergize with your character keeps you looting for your next big gun.
The day and night cycle brings out different enemy's if you stray too far from your squad looting a mini boss Vamp targets you and you can hear your squad mate screaming for help.
The character powers and abilities are good fun they synergize with your guns and other squad member abilities, overall I'm having a blast.
Seriously don't let strangers on YouTube decide what games you play because of their bias towards a games company – just go and play games.
You could say the same for my opinion and you would be correct but riddle me this the one game Xbox gets good press on is the one game they shadow drop and never let the gaming media near? Not all Xbox games can be trash can they! This trash bagging of Xbox games has been going on since 2014?

I agree, this game seems generic and unfinished. The streets are nearly devoid of enemies, nighttime doesn't feel any more dangerous than daytime, and the characters play all the same way in combat. The perks and personalities seem like an afterthought. And the still-image cutscenes feel lazy/unfinished af. For the price they're asking for this, I'd rather go play Left 4 Dead 2, it's more interesting.

I find vampires hooooooooot. Furthermore, I hate how games with a vampires tend to all be crap… Or the vampires are hideous, like in RE8.
My pet peeve is when media refers to something well known with their own made-up terms, like calling zombies "walkers", or calling vampires "bloodsuckers".

As a console player. I lasted 15 seconds before i uninstalled. Shit was jank. Panning/looking around in "30fps" is fucking horrible. Redfall is an awful excuse for a game on console.

In a world where the Soul Reaver and Legacy of Kaine series are screaming for a reboot and the vast world, lore and options that setting can present for games why piss poor vampire games like this are being made i will never know.
Was super disappointed when I saw the reviews for this, I love Arkane as a studio and their work on the Dishonored series and Prey have cemented them as one of my favorite studios, but this doesn't give me too much hope for the future
For anyone wondering, this isn't the same studio that made Deathloop or Dishonoured 2. They were made by the Paris division, this was made by Arkane Austin, whose only other released project has been Prey from 2017.
I suspect Bethesda being the publisher has something to do with the soulless vibe of this game, which is a shame because if it had been given more time with some energy behind it I could see this being a fun game.

This reminds me of the early console FPS era where you got games that literally had no soul, and every person that worked on it really phoned it in. But then I could've told you from the trailer this game was going to be a cash grab, just a publisher raking in some quick cash and doing nothing new.
