Golf Fitness – GolfGym 3 Minute Workout Challenge Day 3


This is Day 3 in the 3 Minutes A Day for 31 days Challenge. Ken Pierce, President of GolfGym LLC and Inventor of the GolfGym PowerSwing Trainer and PowerSwing Plus fitness based golf training products, presents a new 3 minute workout every day for 31 days. It is a challenge he made for himself, but would like for every golfer to participate in these simple yet very effective 3 minute drills.

The purpose is to give the golfer who might be skeptical of any golf fitness routines the ability to try these simple exercises in 3 minute bites. For those golfers that already participate in golf fitness or working out regularly, these 3 minute workouts will be something they probably have never done with consistency…and it only take 3 minutes.

A new 3 minute video will be posted every day on the GolfGym Website and on our Facebook page.
