Will adding loft to my driver increase a slice
Thanks. I have been told my grip was too strong, so a month ago I made it more neutral. I now hit usually hit a small fade, but every now and then I uncork a banana slice – especially if I'm trying to hit ball further, like a par 5. I may go back a bit stronger until the baby fade turns into baby draw.
Honestly it’s exactly the opposite why so many people slice. Open face is easy fix. Just a grip change, but 90% golfer still slice? Truth is path after the impact is how u fix slice. Amateurs don’t hit thru the ball, the club face is always coming back in the arc right after impact. So it will always be a glancing blow.
