My name is Troy from California. I’m a left arm amputee, should I swing with right handed golf clubs which is trail?

Or switch to lefty clubs which is lead arm?

If not too much trouble can you make a video and share

I would admit I catch myself on approach shots more tension in the takeaway part of my swing.

Also, if I have too much tension on my tee off with a driver, I don't normally hit it well enough.

As I played cricket 🏏 to a very high level when I was younger also tension was a problem to stroke the ball in a smooth and delicate way. In cricket, we called the smooth way timing. The ball will come off the bat so nicely and roll perfectly.
