Great content. Thank you. Perfecting that bit of external rotation allows me to feel I can just park the club there momentarily while I shift right. This move even allows me to swing my driver very well even just with my right hand. Fantastic feel.

  2. I feel I have the context just cannot seem to link it up with the intension

GRF GOLF I purchased the GRF Board and supplies . I never got the 2 Red Cushions you feature in most videos . I got just 1 ?? Yet the training shows 2 . Is that right ?

  4. Glen Carter says:

One of your best. Excellent explanation and demonstration, thanks again

  5. Thanks Marcus, you make these tutorial videos so easy to understand the purpose of the movements to achieve the sequencing. Great to watch.

love the videos. I cant seem to get much rotation on my shoulder as I only take a 3/4 swing or i would miss the ball.

  7. Great video on external rotation of the trail shoulder, currently struggling with that…..enjoy your videos and approach to the golf swing!

Hi Marcus. If you could post some help for Pull Draws/Hooks I'd really appreciate it. I'm in a Pull Draw/Hook "rutt" right now. Great lesson. As usual

Been watching these videos for a couple years. Find it interesting that now there are tons of people on YT putting out Ground Reaction videos. This is the only channel that I watch for "swing instruction" though

  15. Awesome video Marcus, those is what I have been struggling to work into my swing. I can make good contact however I don't have great distance. I only avg 135-140yds with my 7iron.
Do you have any other videos that can help me with using my shoulders more?
    Keep up the great work.
    Cheers ✌️

The analogy with throwing a ball has really helped me. For ages I was fixated on hitting certain positions, and now I'm led by playing around in space and finding where I can store and release energy into the clubhead. A late release is also much easier on my body, feels effortless and maintains balance a lot better.

  17. You boys are great at explaining the swing in a manner that is so easy to understand. I love this about your coaching. Cheers
