That was fun! I like these maps! Did you ever play that old Java horror adventure map called A Letter From Silent Haven? Idk what version it was made in, but it would put links for the animated cutscenes in the in-game chat at certain points in the story. It also might possibly have more than one ending, but I hadn't completed it myself.

The failure of the target blocks puzzle was most likely cause by how they output redstone.
Different rings on the blocks output different redstone power levels and the puzzle required a certain level from each.
This map has broken Jardon 🙁
I was hoping someone would have some plausible explanation of why the targets didn't work until after he read the hint, but I'm too early
