i cant stop watching this over and over so many info to dissect. all good stuff
Take a look at the pro sender training aid it does exactly this
I like this coach better than the golftec one, apart from his hands on approach. I’m no golf technician but isn’t that ball a bit far back in the stance for a 7/8 iron? Would that promote a draw?
Bro, great stuff. Your choice of coach is a compliment to your channels growth. Great stuff all around
This is gold. He explains things so well. Jackpot with Mike.
Mike is a great instructor – you definitely made a good decision in him. However, it's worth noting one thing about what he says for you to do, and what he does in his own swing. While he's telling you to get ahead with your body and hands, where your right foot comes up pretty early in your forward motion, he always keeps his right heel down through impact. It makes a huge difference in the hip movement. You should ask him about that. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jerome, I tuned in when you released your first few videos and was skeptical of your ambition, shame on me mate, it seems like you've gone a long way in short time. Well done young gun, keep it up and god speed.
Wow, best explanation and drill I have ever seen. The compression and consistency was unbelievable. I am enjoying your journey. Thanks and good luck!
Great coach and seems like he cares not just a corporate money machine like the other coach. Stick with just this guy
This is so much bollocks, any time a teacher lies anything on the floor and you have to miss it, or attaches anything to you, run a mile, this sort of total shit makes me so mad
Great explanation from Mike, he’s such a fantastic coach – stick with him Jerome 👍😉
I'm an 86 year old guy who has been a low index player studying the golf swing over the years and I'm blown away with Coach Mike and his knowledge. My playing days are past but latch onto this guy if you want to be a player. In my opinion He is gold.
Hands down one of the best explanations of educated hands/wrist conditions from TGM..what makes it so good is Mike explains the necessary body rotation needed in conjunction with the hand/wrists and then gives “faults&fixes”. I have never seen it explained any better on YT except for old Ben Doyle videos..
Great video Jerome , answered alot of questions for me , I 'll try out next time at the driving range instead of just hitting ball after ball
It may have felt and looked like an awful ball striking session, but the info you're getting is gold……. When you're trying to change your swing, sessions like this will happen. Sometimes you have to take a step back to take 2 forward……………Keep grinding
Danke!
The wrist bow is key, you will be hitting your 9 iron 160 or more when you get it down i guarantee it!
any idea of how much each session is ?
The stuff Mike is teaching is how to get to scratch. Obviously you want to go back to your old grip and swing that you had a little bit of success with but ultimately you will plateau at something like a 10 handicap with those short cuts and bandaid swings. Applying what Mike is showing is how you get a swing consistent enough to get to scratch.
After 3.5 years of playing it took this one beautiful, summarizing lesson to finally get it. The way Mike is explaining the swing, it just makes sense. While I’ve seen so many videos about each aspect of the swing from rotation, shallowing the club (steeper to flatter in Mike’s terms), bowing of the wrist to square the club face and the circular motion of the swing, its really Mike’s way of putting it together that solidifies it. He explains why each result is a product of the components mentioned above. Thanks for sharing!
I think that this is your turning point! Almost saw a light bulb materialize over your head when hitting those shots. 😅. It has taken me 3.5 years of self learning to get to this point and you are getting this info within 2 months of starting, all due to great instruction. Thanks to you and all of your coaches! I’m following eagerly right there with you dude!
I love this coach. If I were u I wouldn't be seeing anyone else except the putting guy
Great strikes towards the end ! This guy is gold
I told you Mike is the best coach in the world…. His explanations and methodology are so simple yet so rewarding to watch the instant results are breath taking… He is definitely a keeper.
Yes!! Listen to this dude!! The other one just wasn't handsy enough with you. Like i said golf is a feel game and the real coach has to put you in positions to understand. You are going to get better no doubt. Can't wait for your next video!
The nuance in wrist bend between a draw and a fade is so small. It took me a while to find that zone.
awesomeness
drill that 1000 times for 10 days
Dude, your content has been great man. Glad to be along for your journey.
Doesn't bowing the wrist deloft that club head? It looks like it turned a 9 iron into 4 going by the impact position 🤷♂️
What a fantastic lesson. Really want to see how you incorporate this into your practice.
simply fascinating
Jerome! Start your downswing with your front knee.
