Rob "Stats" Guerrera got too emotional about this. So in his mind..what Purdy did was unsustainable..yet for whatever reason he thinks Lance gives us a better chance to win with no hard evidence to back it up.
The reason the 49ers are considered SuperBowl Contenders is because Purdy is the QB. After he played well in the post season as a rookie…anyone with an ounce of objectivity should EASILY see that. If Lance or Darnold were the starters..our SB odds would decrease.
