I use the Vice pro soft in Neon Lime – easiest ball to find in the rough which is crucial for me ! Great ball
For the past couple of years a few of us club together and buy in bulk. I use the green drip version and have no problem finding them in the rough
I'm new to golf, best round is 103 so far and I've been using a large range of balls. I've found a few of the vice balls whilst looking for my own in rough haha and they do feel nice. I'm not good enough to see a difference distance wise but the feel of them is similar to the chrome soft for me.
Been using Vice pro plus on & off for a few years – quality ball.
Playing the vice pro soft for two years now. Neon red in summer for easy finding and neon yellow in the winter. Love them, never looked back
Have been playing Vice Golf balls for well over 2 years now….and love them. That said, I play with their Vice Pro Plus 4 peace version. In the end, if you give me a free dozen of any other ball…I will ask for the cash instead and put it toward my next Vice purchase.
Bridgestone bs all day long
Not sure something that sells for around €1.50 less than the pro v can be considered economical.
The real test would be up against a wilson duo or similar or even the velocity/ true feel
Im also amazed by how many midd to high handicappers swear the balls make a difference or that they get 5 yards more distance….. really maybe you just hit a goid shot v a shit shot
I have just switched to the vice pro and got a drip colour, love them and they are definitely a quality ball when it comes to more control
I play the Pro, just retired a ball that I played for 60 holes.. so no issue w durability. Play the lime green ones, very good visibility/ findability
I have been using the Vice Pro for about 2 years and I really really like them. The feel is as good as any ball, and for me I did not notice any spin difference. I actually did not start using them because of the cheaper price but it is certainly a perk.
The neon green one I want is usually sold out , the other colors I have a hard time finding in the rough.
What about compared dispersion?
I've been playing vice pro soft for 2 years. I changed to the pro as I had been increasing my club speed through lessons and practice. I went back to the prosoft recently because I love the soft feel around the greens. I like them quite a bit. BTW your test should have been with the pro plus of vice, not the pro, if you wanted the V1 replica.
I have been using the Vice Pro Soft for a couple of years. No regrets! Great distance with my slower swing speed.
Been using these balls for some time now. My son uses the lime drip balls. He loves the distance he gets and nothing but positive remarks. He usually gets more than 2 rounds out of a ball so the they hold up very well. He really likes using while in tournaments for the different ball/distance/control appeal. I really like them for the performance vs price appeal. No problems with finding the drip balls. Wouldnt purchase the red or orange or black for the findable factor. But that can be said about any ball made in these colors.
Also we both love these for the short shots (great stopping) and the feel off the putter.
People love to compare these to the Pro V1, TP5, but price tag to price tag. You have to look alot further down the lineup in the titleist, TM, Callaway lineup to find similar pricing especially when bought in groups of 5. And those balls are not comparable to the Vice Pro at all. IMO
Totally not a Vice ad.
I've been using the Vice Pros for about two years, and I'm starting to test other golf balls because for whatever reason, I find that they react to bad strikes much worse than a proV. It's hard to explain, but a sliced vice goes that 5 extra yards into the hazard vs the ProV's that just seem to stay out.
I've been using a Srixon Z-star and have found it to be a great alternative
The “lime” yellow/green is very easy to find in summer and winter. Only complaint is that cuts from the groves show up right away. On hole 1, a well-struck 7 iron cut a ball up (or atleast took the green paint off)
I like the drip, but the orange sunset shade balls look too much like an orange ball that got half sun-bleached buried in the range for a year 😅
Try the Vice Pro Plus its supposed to be really long and it feels pretty good around the greens as well.
I play them and maybe not quite the same spin
As a mid single digit player, I find the Vice ball to be just as good as all of the other high quality urethane cover multilayer balls. If I was a plus handicap, maybe I'd feel differently. I definitely like them better than the Kirkland, which is not, but a slight step down, I.M.O. Colors? Sure, it's fun
Been playing Vice for years and they work for my swing.
I’m a 20 hcp and I play the Bridgestone e6 since using I’ve gained about 15-20 yards off the tee and around the green they seem okay. I wouldn’t know how to make a ball check up anyway 😂. Before that I was just getting the Kirkland balls solely off of price point.
How do these premium balls compare to the I guess “economy plus” like the Bridgestones or the tour response
