  4. I am loving this video after a week or so of doing it daily, especially since the season has just started up here on the Columbia River in British Columbia. Yesterday it was 52F with a cold wind blowing off the still snowy mountains. That's hard on a senior golfer's body. Thanks so much! I have also just finished Day 3 of the 30-Day challenge and am wondering if, after that, there is one of your routines that would complement the Yoga video.

    Very well done and easy to follow. I just turned 74 and I need this for my golf swing flexibility. Just a question about breathing. Do I breath in and out through my nose while keeping my mouth shut, or do I breath through my mouth?

    Hey Doc, Great video! Love your even keel and demeanor throughout your presentation. Also, the fact that you kept it SIMPLE! I'm gonna hit the big 60 this year and look forward to the results of using your recommended exercises for helping me stay tuned up for my golf rounds. One request, I've had 2 surgeries for ruptured discs in my neck and was curious if you have any stretches for that area of the body. You know to loosen it up and or strengthen it up… Please & Thank you!! I look forward to your other videos, and to feeling more limber!
