Played a early round at Brentwood GC before heading to a party in the afternoon. Our tee time was delayed around 20 minutes but the pace was good once started to play. Greens are smooth, some are hard to read. Fairways are in good condition but some are too close to resident’s house, make me nervous to play those tee shots. There are lots water hazards, which will put one’s distance and direction accuracy in test.
The big downside is no practice area to warm up. Playing the first hole in code is tough.
