  1. 1000 Eyes says:

Why did you have to buckle up on a ride which moved slower than walking speed?

  2. Shihab Uddin says:

    Historical vedio

  3. I don't know why but the narration in this particular episode was EXCELLENT lol. Another great video 😊

  4. I guess it really is a small world after all.

  5. When I was little (like in kindergarten) I remember I loved the wiggles, but honestly I don't know why. The show would always come on as soon as I had to leave for school- I'd be sitting at the couch just waiting, and not even a minute after it began I'd have to leave. I was so upset because I said I loved the show, but I can't remember sitting down and fully watching it, since my parents had the tv on the weekends and the show wasn't on after school.

But I was also super jealous cause in middle school I learned that mY FRIEND HAD TONS OF OLD WIGGLES DVDS AND ALBUMS OH MY GOD

  6. great work as usual but, god. the word wiggle has lost all meaning after this video

  7. docterrr knickerbocker number nine

  8. WALN Zell says:

It just occurred to me that the microphones could've been fake the whole time and the ride wouldn't be any different.

  9. WALN Zell says:

John was lucky he made this park in the 60's. If he tried making it today, Disney would've used a fleet of surplus bombers and warships to blow the thing the f*ck up.
It's a good thing that by 2002, the park was under another media monopoly's protection. Viacom.

  10. prayer group says:

the tone of this piece is absolutely singular. there are plenty of niche documentaries, and plenty of mockumentaries, but this concept of being devotedly factual while also hitting humor beats that are so dry they're nearly entirely implied by the editing is something completely its own. Defunctland is inventing a new genre and i cannot get enough.

  11. candy says:

i audibly said "nooo" when it got to the part announcing that the big red car ride was closing, i HATE that defunctland properly introduced the ride in a way that would make viewers have an attachment to it đŸ€Šâ€â™‚đŸ€Šâ€â™‚đŸ€Šâ€â™‚amazing video as always

  12. Almost 30 and I still have fond memories of the wiggles. Constantly finding myself singing “fruit salad yummy yummy” to myself 😅

  13. The Wiggles was my first concert. I don't remember it 🙁

  14. xoindicreexo says:

I’ve got pics of me and my dad in line for the big red car ride, it was an iconic part of my childhood.

  15. I'm so glad I missed this attraction. Bring back the original dream world

  16. TripleG says:

Why do I feel like this video is going to spawn a new wiggles themed creepypasta

  17. milapartment says:

crying because i never knew as a kid till now that one of the wiggles had to stop being a wiggle because he got a disease that doesnt let him wiggle anymore
    :((((((((

  18. KingBoop says:

9:12 allrise for the Australian national anthem

  19. Hank PAD says:

This was a super interesting video. I had zero context for any of it prior and still felt very engaged

  20. Painocus says:

Still wondering what Longhurst's idea for "somebody doing something about" monkeys needing to urinate was.

  21. I love that Kevin and the editors (forgive me, I don't know their names) allow their senses of humor to some through in the edit while not taking away from the informational tone

  22. I can't describe how much I appreciate the deadpan delivery of the phrase "Wiggles lore" every several minutes

  23. Ethan McCoy says:

5:10 until Rolf was arrested perhaps.

  24. wiggle world was my favorite part of great america as a kid (i was born in 2004, strange how much later the wiggles hype was here), was so disappointed when they got rid of it

  25. Dashwomp says:

Bro, why did you compare the big red car to a Ferrari roller coaster 😭

  26. Angie2343 says:

Damn, this ride sucked so bad. This is why Sesame Street Land in SeaWorld has no dark ride.

  27. I really enjoyed this more simple Kevin Production.

  28. The word "wiggle" has been said so many times here that it no longer sounds like a word

  29. KT Roberts says:

I never thought I would be frustrated hearing “toot toot chugga chugga big red car”, love the song! But the ride made me rethink it.

Is there any history of people walking off this ride while it’s running?? 😂

  30. Zac says:

Shout-out to my childhood. The ride may have been slow, but as a kid it was actually really awesome.

  31. I learned a lot about the Wiggles. I don't know what to do with this information now.

  32. mordokch says:

This is the worst thing I've ever seen – not just the ride, I mean the whole thing ! To be honest I thought it was a late april fools video for most of it, and I'm still not sure đŸ€”

  33. Erincantdrum says:

i went on this ride not long before it shut down, but after it was changed to the most recent wiggles. it was the most insanely liminal experience ive ever had
