  1. These exercises are also good for golfers elbow from hiking poles. I had a huge lump on my elbow, it was no joke.

    i had golfer's elbow but its almost gone with just bit of tingling.So can i go for my routine heavy workout i had taken a three week rest since i had that problem.or should i do this eccentric exercises and wait for some more time.
