In this video I had just bought a Cleveland Launcher XL Lite 10.5 Driver and within 30 minutes the head had flown off around 100 yards on to the range.
You can hear people around us in shock too.
The Driving Range replaced the club for a new one right away and the replacement has been absolutely fine ever since.
