なぜカットしたのですか？

前回の動画と何か違いますか？

ボディターンって必要なんですか？

レッスンを購入したお客さんのコメントは、ボディターン否定系を書いてますけど、動画を見るとハンディキャップが低いほど、ボディターンをしっかりとしてるのが分かってしまう矛盾😨
レッスン生が混乱しそうですよ。
