I keep hearing about this legendary hard rock hospitality but when I asked for a fan I was told no. Luckily I found one in a cabana.
The pool in the club actually had a floor over it for some reason.
Also I had some good food at the restaurants, but I could hardly get any of the room service food down.
And since most of the resturants are reservation only, you will more than likely have to have it at some point.
I was there the day before this video was posted.
Overall the hotel’s beaches and pools were phenomenal, but the food was the biggest downside imo.
Also if I would advise anyone going to learn some basic Spanish because the language barrier was a challenge. But that was my mistake.
