This yoga video is designed to open up and unlock the hips. The hips play an integral part in the golfers body and in the golf swing in particular. If you are playing golf with tight/sore hips, chances are you are not playing up to your full potential. Feel free to practice this video before you play or just on your off days to keep your hips loose.
