You would think Victor has an advantage, but look at the forecast. The strongest wind is projected to start at the exact time Vic/JT/Rahm tee off…20-35mph guests starting when they tee off and goes on for 3 hours and then dies off a little bit. Stays pretty windy all day though. The very first guys that tee off will have the best weather conditions according the the current report.
